Unless expressly permitted in your rental agreement, you may not:

Allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle

Use the vehicle for illegal activity

Use the vehicle for racing, towing, rideshare, delivery, or commercial use

Drive under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any impairing substance

Take the vehicle outside approved geographic areas

Smoke in the vehicle

Transport hazardous materials

Abuse, misuse, or intentionally damage the vehicle

Additional restrictions may apply in the rental agreement.

6. Vehicle Condition, Damage, and Accidents

You are responsible for returning the vehicle in the condition required by your rental agreement.

You may be responsible for loss, theft, damage, diminished value, loss of use, towing, storage, administrative fees, and other costs as allowed by the rental agreement and applicable law.

If the vehicle is involved in an accident, damaged, stolen, ticketed, towed, or otherwise subject to a claim, you must notify us promptly and cooperate with any investigation, insurance process, or claim resolution.

7. Pickup and Return

You agree to pick up and return the vehicle at the agreed location, date, and time.

Late returns may result in additional charges. Failure to return the vehicle as agreed may result in recovery action, additional fees, reporting to appropriate authorities, or other legal remedies.

8. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation, refund, and deposit policies may vary depending on the reservation, vehicle, timing, and rental agreement.

Any applicable cancellation or refund terms will be provided at the time of booking or in your rental agreement.
